This drink features a perfect blend of soothing rose syrup and peppy lemon juice, with mint leaves for added zing. These brilliant flavours are topped with chilled soda to make a thoroughly refreshing Pinky Lemonade.
2 1/2 cups chilled soda
1 tbsp mint leaves
2 tbsp lemon juice
6 tbsp powdered sugar
1/4 tsp salt Method
- Combine the mint leaves and 1 tbsp of water in mortar pestle and crush it lightly.
- Combine the mint mixture, lemon juice, powdered sugar, rose syrup and salt in a deep bowl and mix well.
- Add the soda and mix well.
- Serve immediately
